It has been reported that Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 after which he went to the United States for treatment. After receiving treatment, he returned to India in September 2019. According to Indian media reports, Rishi Kapoor was suffering from cancer as well as a respiratory disease due to which he was shifted to the hospital in case of further deterioration was given.

Despite the best efforts of the doctors in the hospital, he could not recover and he passed away. Rishi Kapoor's death was confirmed by his brother Randhir Kapoor and at the same time Rishi Kapoor's wife Neto Singh was also with him. The famous Muslim actor was shifted to a Mumbai hospital due to a colon infection where he could not fight his illness and passed away.

According to details provided by a foreign news agency, Bollywood's famous Muslim actor Irfan Khan's health had deteriorated due to a colon infection after which he was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. Worryingly, he had to be transferred to the intensive care unit, where he was being treated. But even after treatment, Irfan Khan passed away at the age of 53. Today, after yesterday, another famous Indian actor Rishi Kapoor has passed away leaving behind millions of his fans.
